Tuition:

• Standard Tuition Cost:
  $2,200 (excludes airfare) per person
  

Program includes:

• 6 nights accommodation (2 students per room)
• All breakfasts, lunches and dinners, including taxes, tips and gratuities
• All excursions including ground transportation
• Transport to and from Falconara airport
• Five 3-hour cooking classes

Deposit:
Please enclose your $500 non-refundable deposit (check or money order) as soon as possible.

Cancellations and Refund Policy:
Final payment of tuition is due in full by March 31, 2006 and at this point will become non-refundable. Student cancellations made 30 days prior to departure will result in a credit for a future class. Any student cancellations made thereafter will result in the loss of all monies received. Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies. There is no refund for leaving the course early or arriving late. If, for any reason, Cucina con Mia needs to cancel a workshop, you will be notified two business days after the final tuition deadline, and your deposit and tuition will be refunded in full. However, the costs of any travel arrangements you may have made will not be reimbursed. Students may desire to purchase travel insurance for their own protection.

Cucina con Mia reserves the right to cancel any program prior to its start, in which case all monies will be refunded.
