Coldigioco (kol-dee-joh-koh) is a small 16th century village located in central Italy in Le Marche (le mahr-keh). The tiny village is situated on a hill surrounded by the splendor of the Italian countryside.

The Marche region, while still relatively undiscovered by Americans, is one of the hidden jewels of Italy. Coldigioco's central location allows for easy accessibility to Tuscany and Umbria, creating the perfect location for Cucina con Mia.

The closest major city is Ancona on the Adriatic coast, where many participants will arrive before traveling to Coldigioco.
